This document and proceeding web sites are an explanation on my experience with a 'psyautotronic' application employing a Tens Unit or "CAJA DE TOQUES" as an Aversive Conditioning Device which I successfully used to deliver my personal drug, alcohol and cigarette cravings to extinction [as well as that of some associates] in three days.

Sir, I proffer we can win this "War on Drugs and Alcohol" by simply priming our people on how to voluntarily SELF-ADMINISTER mild electrically charged impulses or "toques" as negative behavioral modification agents in order to facilitate counter imprinting reinforcement.
This is not as strange as it might sound and there is some historical perspective. Crack, alcohol or cigarette craving extinction can be accomplished in two or three days with mild electroversions to the subject's hand while smoking some cigarettes, crack cocaine or consuming alcohol.

Sir, I am a person who thinks it would be beautiful if there was a free and easy "do it your self" therapy that could cure all "addicts" overnight.
Sir, I know such a therapy to exists and it's called Faradism.
Faradism means the use of electricity for therapeutic purposes and is the reason I am reaching out to you today.
Please allow me to introduce myself. I am a person who believes in this therapy with all his heart. I believe I have more practical experience with this therapy than anyone in the world ever has since I have applied my own form of "Faradic Aversion Therapy" to curb multi addiction problems over the years. No Doctor can make this claim.
Sir, one of the most modern street drugs is, Crack Cocaine. This drug has a very short lived "rush" or high similar to an orgasmic convulsion and is thus a perfect target for this type of faradic intervention (although it has never been clinically tested with real crack cocaine).
I have personally tested it and accomplished my sobriety this way. In the harshest most hostile environments imaginable. The Skid Rows of Mexico, L.A. and El Paso Txa. where drugs like these are available from any nickel and dime dope pusher on the street. I still live in the Los Angeles Skid Row area YET I EXPERIENCE NO CRAVINGS WHILE AROUND ALL THE BEVY OF DOPE PUSHERS FROM ONE END OF THE BLOCK TO THE OTHER. I don't even THINK about using dope or alcohol! Hows that?
Here is how I did it. I auto conducted my own Faradic Aversion Therapy employing a common Tens Unit ( in Mexico called a Caja de Toques ) or Trans-Cutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator.
I pared my method of Constant Negative Reinforcement (C.N.R.) and Slowly Increasing Electrical Impulse Irritation Treatment ( S.I.E.I.I.T. ) to one hand while focusing on / or performing targeted cognitions and / or behaviors.
This method requires acquiescence to bathing the hand and some of the forearm with a barely tolerable electrical irritation produced by this portable power pack Tens. [ Caveat, electricity is easily acclimated to and must be amplified routinely to achieve it's optimum therapeutic potential ]
Some history. Clinically performed Faradic Aversion Therapy has shown six to twelve month abstinence rates for all mood altering chemicals but often has to be booster-ed yearly in the first few years of therapy. Doctors are forced to employ counterfeit drugs which logically diminishes therapeutic effectiveness but it still works better than any other known remedy.
I not only quit drinking, smoking cigarettes, crack cocaine, marijuana, and methamphetamine but accomplished total "mental sensing" extinction of my ex-marital baggage and used this method as a dietary aid as well.
I stopped smoking crack in one day after just one "electroversion"!
I stopped drinking in two sessions after that.
Smoking cigarettes took three days but it only took one half hour session to emotionally forget about my wife when she left me.
Diet faradism took two days also, although dieting for weight loss is not my goal.
It took a little longer to figure out how to apply it to meth and marijuana but that "took" as well. Thank God!
I have also gratefully used this method for anger management and anxiety.
Faradism was once employed successfully by Dr. Benjamin Rush, signer of the Declaration of Independence and father of American psychiatry, on an endeared Negro for alcoholism.
I pray I will never need it for bereavement but I am sure it would work for that also. Up date I have unfortunatly had to use it for this very purpose. I took succesfully thank God Mental Sensing Extinction
Like the idea? So do most others. The problem is it's almost unheard of by drug rehabilitation professionals and politicians alike. Of course "Rehabs" won't like it because it will put them out of business which is unfortunate.

I am praying we could have it taught to our youth so they can also cure their drug, alcohol, and emotional problems should they arise.
In the vernacular these Tens Units are called "Black Boxes" and are known as "Chicharra's" or "CAJAS DE TOQUES" in Mexico. In Mexico they are akin to toy's similar to shocking lighters.
Please allow me to explain. In the country of Mexico, Faradist traipse all the tourist areas and cantinas with these battery powered "CAJAS DE TOQUES" inviting people to test their courage or Machismo with them. They cry out "Toques, toques, toques"? ( "Toques" means "shocks" ).
We give them a dollar and if we take it to the max we get our dollar back. Then your partner tries to beat you at it. It's a macho game like punching each other on the shoulder.
We don't actually jolt or "shock" our system with these shock boxes "per se". We slowly increase the electricity till we can't take it any more and in our culture its perfectly normal.
We find it is easy and not dangerous at all to do it this way and no Medical Journal has ever reported a death from this type of experience.
I have helped many people on the Skid Rows of our country to get off of drugs, cigarettes and alcohol this way.

2. Six- and Twelve-Month Abstinence Rates in Inpatient Alcoholics Treated with Either Faradic Aversion or Chemical Aversion Compared with Matched Inpatients from a Treatment Registry - James W. Smith, P. Joseph Frawley and Nyak L. Polissar ABSTRACT. Two hundred forty–nine patients who were treated for alcoholism in an inpatient multi modal treatment program that included aversion therapy were matched post hoc on 17 baseline variables with patients from a national treatment outcome registry. The latter patients received inpatient treatment that emphasized individual and group counselling as the primary therapeutic elements but did not include aversion therapy for alcohol. Six and 12–month abstinence rates from alcohol and all mood–altering chemicals are reported. The patients treated with aversion therapy for alcohol had higher alcohol abstinence rates at 6 and 12 months (p < 0.01). The abstinence rates from all mood–altering chemicals were higher in the aversion group at 6 months (p < 0.05) but not at 12 months. These comparisons pooled faradic aversion and chemical aversion results. In order to determine whether or not the faradic aversion gave comparable results to the chemical aversion, the two groups were separately analyzed. No significant differences in outcome were found. In fact, the faradic aversion group showed a slight (nonsignificant) increase in abstinence rate.
