First a little about myself. I am a citizen who having never been convicted nor formally accused by any court of a sex crime, nonetheless have been subjected to shootings, stabbings and beatings because organizations like "Mothers Against America", "Mothers and Others", L.O.C.K. (Lock Out Child Crime) "The Megan Society", "Mothers Inc." (the latter based in Compton Ca.), The Downtown Women's group (in Los angeles Ca.) lead by Leslie Coon, Becky Dennison (sp?) and Pete White at LACAN plus Leticia Zamarripa and El Paso TX. "Predator Project" all were convinced and decided to start disseminating information (or in my case MISinformation ) on sex offenders and even those who have never been formally charged. One of the leaders of these groups was/is Fay Yeager (Sp?). These groups attack anyone who does not support them 100% and they train people to call us "the enemy" and treat us as such. These gangs of terrorist comprised of private detectives, rogue police, F.B.I. Real estate Agents, Bankers, Newspaper Publishers, Ironworker Union Members, and especially Executives at FOX studios send out trained perjury teams to set up innocent Americans. Persona-non Grata as we are called. People who's life styles or points of view are contrary to the norm and would adversely affect their properties value. According to KPFK Radio, these people distribute "mug shot's" of people on their hit list throughout the neighborhoods in hopes of getting them beat up or killed. In effect putting a "Green Light" on them. This is the Conspiracy Michael JACKSON has spoken about. Obviously due process and presumption of innocence, major civil rights people have fought and sacrificed for, mean nothing to them. Fay Yeager and her group have declared war on the citizens of the United States and not even the ACLU has had the courage to take them righteously on. At present these people cut their teeth on sex criminals (while not considering prostitutes sex offenders) but how long is it before this simpletons have so much to hide (as if they don't already) that they are used a as a weapons to destroy the very fabric of our constitution?

This just in. I was just maced on 5Th and Broadway. Go get some tea and cup cakes to celebrate my pain while I tell you about the forth attack I have suffered in less than a week. I had just thrown a block on a city bus so that an older Black Gentleman could board it. This caused me to miss my bus. Up until then it had been a good morning except for the incident at the Law Library where I am often set up for some stressful event or another. As I was crossing 5Th to catch the 720 a disheveled black operative started walking over and proceeded to move me into the street. So at one point I tried to get by him and brushed up against him and immediately apologized. He grabbed my bag and pulled me back and as I turned I put my arm on his shoulder. He said "say your sorry" or "apologize" I told him "I did" "I said I'm sorry" "you didn't hear me". He said "get your arm off a me". He was still holding my bag when he produced a mace container and maced me several times. I Kicked and swung one of my bags so he released it and ,almost blind, I went over to the security guard at the store there and asked him to call the police on this guy. This all while I am almost completely blind. As I approach him I hear another person yell out something and notice the security guard say something and move in the direction of the perpetrator. I turn and will what little I could see, I saw a black guy grabbing a 2 foot long club from the perp which was holding it above his head ready to come down on my head. Perfect execution and I am very grateful to him for saving my life. He had bushy hair and a mustache. The security saw him. I hope to reward him when I find him. These events are not naturally occurring. They are perpetuated or organized by "Mothers Against America" "Mothers and Others" and "Mothers Inc." I have been in contact just last week with all the Hate Crimes Sub Committee Members offices with the Legislative Suggestion of including people like myself who have suffered an accusation of a sexual nature and now are hounded and murdered by these vigilantly criminals. Letter to A.C.L.U. Executive Director Ramona Ripston

Dueling injustice to Extinction. This is an antediluvian tale of the powers that be feeding the sadistic whims of the few against the powerless and indefensible. I beseech your acquiescence to finally administer in this matter. As I spoke to you at the sedurant in Kennith Hall today the 29Th of July 2003 I was surprised to hear your mouth say you would look into the matter of hate crimes against accused sex offenders.
1st. In the past I have written the A.C.L.U. and you in particular about the systematic oppression of non convicted sex offenders in your society. I was told that as we do not comprise a "group" that falls under your standards of what constitutes a "group" then we must be left to our own devises. To fend for ourselves if you will.
2Nd. As I informed you today, I have been before the Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners on three occasions in the last month to try to pool an investigation involving the Internal Affairs Department of Santa Monica, Los Angeles, and the City of Commerce.
3rd. I will be adding in specifics to this web site but a brief history I will try to communicate here now.
4Th. I had been arrested once over two decade's ago of a sex crime in which the charge was dropped. There does not seem to be a record of that charge in my file yet when I go to jail the guards tell everyone I am a sex offender and this has gotten me cut up with razor blades and "gassed" with feces and urinal matter. To attest to this is a Jack "Snoopy" Hellwig and Santos "Juarez" Garcia who were the "White" and "Pisano" representatives at one cell block I was housed in.
5Th. I have also been shot at and through the chest with a with 12 Gage dumb dumb bullet in which a team of Citizen Watch Group now called "Mother's Inc." managed, with police assistance, to block and delay the ambulance from getting to the Martin Luther King Hospital. My witness is my Ex-Wife Karen Micheal (Sp?) Mooring.
6Th. I have also been pummeled by a baseball bat and almost killed, again with police assistance. No one was arrested even thou they knew his name.
7Th. I have also been stabbed with a stiletto knife to my chest which almost killed me. I was almost murdered in West wood by taking the cable clamps off the safety cables I was working off of. The building was the one Eddie Murphy put in his "The Nutty Professor" movie. Several people who helped Miles Cocks and jack my boss with Lafayette out of San Francisco.
8Th. No policeman has ever investigated multiple attempts on my life. No one calls or visits me in the Hospitals to ask what happened.
9Th. No victim's assistance person has ever tried to compensate me for all the times I have been without work due to violence. To the contrary, they have gone out of their way to deny me.
10Th. On Nov the 23 2003 I put in a call to 911 in search of Police assistance. Instead i was Maced and falsely accused and arrested. At a trial held against me, my Hotel manager John Rogaz ( Ross Hotel 640 S. San Julian st. L.A. Ca. 90013 ) testified that he was one of the persons who also called 911 at the "time" of an alleged battery and my neighbor Peggy ( now deceased as of 11-27-'04 ) also call 911 paramedics. I was arrested within 4 minutes of my call but there is no record of any 911 calls being made from 640 south San Julian st. to 911 that day. The officer Malick from the crash unit responded with gun in hand according to witness George (last name) and ran up to the hotel upon which I exited and was accosted by some officer when he was told by a firemen that I was "interfering". This was an absolute fabrication and a video in the lobby would have exonerated me but the manager testified that he did not see anything that would aid the police and had disposed of the evidence. They all claim I was arrested at 8:30 P.M. but it was broad day light and closer to 3:00 P.M. This can be easily proved since their was about 400 people on the side walk all around who knew me and at The V.O.A. 628 S. San Julian St. (Phone). The problem for me was that the court appointed private investigator ( Cheryl Dorsey ) never bothered to come back with the evidence which was and is available under the freedom of information act. In fact there were thousands of witness's. I believe this would have been a murder attempt again on my life. I believe the forces that be have me targeted for harassment and death which is why I need your help.
11Th. The names of the officers involved are as follows : Arresting officer is Malick.

12Th. The person who's name appears on the unsigned M 659 Rev. 1/93 Probable Cause Determination Form is J c M ??? Employee # 34652 --- arrest file number 02-01 01988 booking # 7492272 location booked : J/D ---time of arrest 11-23-02.. /2020 I believe this person is Malick.

13Th. DR NO. 0201 01988 medical treatment at Jail Dispensary for OC to face. Doctor Partida.

14Th. carbajal was placed in Unit # 1A85 ( Officers Guerra and Hankins ) transported.

15Th. Paramedics involved : Houle # RH8163 and Gasbarri # HG1415

16Th. wit-3 Estrada, Mary was not there but is a professional witness perjurer.

17Th. carbajal was booked and at jail on the approval of Central Area's W/C Sgt. II Nunez # 24150

18Th. Internal Affairs CF # 03- 1522

19Th. Los Angeles Police Commission Management Analyst II Rene Gardea ( 213 ) 202- 5866 Jan Kuris Doherty Inspector Generals Office.

20Th. Supposed to be investigating this is Sargent Bascom 213-473-4555 he has "determined" the officer was not rude to me (as if that was all I alleged) and refused to investigate my contention that the time discrepancy and the perjured testimony by all involved.

21st. In the non incorporated areas Sargent Sutton is supposed to be investigating other attempts on my life and beatings.323-890-5300

22NT. Sargent Herman took a report at Santa Monica P.D. and said Detective Sargent Keane would contact me. 310-434-2602 LT. Windel Shirley.

23rd. The Detective who called me a "convicted sex offender in several states" is Detective Tanner SM PD. The one who allowed my assailant of a near death base ball bat beating was ... Get that later.. I did give his name and the case number to Sargent Herman.

24Th. At the jail where I was cut up with a razor blade. I gave reports to several people about a conspiracy to cause great physical harm at the hands of Officer Serda or Serrda who has a cobra tattoo on his left arm ( and others who I must identify in a photo ) before it happened. One was a female officer who's jacket's name said Miller (Mexican). Also a Philippine nurse named Faw (Sp?). And a Sargent Duff or Duffy ( White male ). The person I spoke to upon leaving jail was Sargent Gautt at 800- 698-8255

25Th. As for depositions on the firemen and Paramedics who lied on me, even about the time of the occurrence, I have made several attempts to get a case # from Capt. Olgin and Chief Nymi.
Reports were also made to the Captain. at the skid row station. 213-485-6271

26Th. A Detective Wong was also reported to Sargent Sutton as have payed people to investigate me on San Julian St.

27Th. Park Ranger Alvarez was also reported to Sargent Herman as having in depth knowledge of a suspicious relationship to groups at the 16Th and Olympic Park who target homeless people for execution. I heard them talking about it. These people had one of their friends pummel me to with in an inch of my life with a base ball bat.

28Th. In Compton: They called themselves "Mothers Inc. and they took over the old majors residence on Peck street or road in Compton between Long Beach bl. and Van Ness. They also put an add in the paper under "Mothers and Others" looking to hook up. One News Years Eve a while ago they had me jumped and arrested. They went around telling anybody who would listen that I was a dangerous sex offender.

29Th. Mrs. Clark and my ex-friends Mother, Mrs. Compton, who lived at 931 Peck in front of Mrs. Clark knew the people who have had me shot by Clevel MC Cloud and then tried to block the ambulance from getting to the Hospital.

30Th. The other group calls itself "Mothers Against America" and they kept my ex-girl friend (Barbara Weaver) at the now defunct, Silver Bran Women's Jail in L.A. to try to make her say something about me. "Make it up" they told her.

31st. Santa Monica City Hall Officials were calling each other back and forth because she was being held after the judge had released her illegally.

32NT. The lady at CPS Ms. Sharp told my ex, Barbara Weaver, that I was a serial Rapist and Pedophile.

33st. They also told my daughter Alicia Carbajal and her Mom Delia Munoz ( Phone number 915-873-3969 and 915-591-6951 ). All her children were taken away.

34Th. Alot of the cars that followed us had the word Mom incorporated into the license plate.

35Th. At my Union Hall I am ostracized because these people attack anyone who befriends me with stares and threats of violence. Some are physically man handled by them away from me.

36Th. The secretaries call the jobs I get to get me fired. One, Monica, once called the now Business Manager Gardner of the 433 Ironworkers local and he came over with Fred Visnicky and a big Black Dude to call me out. After wards they celebrated with cake. I was physically prevented by then Business Manager Mr. Holt from calling the police. Fred Visniky said I had threatened his daughter.

37Th. I don't know how but they are now aware of my "snitching" as they called it. Fred and the big Black Dude were there again , whispering to the card players and pointing at me and talking about hurting my feelings (vernacular for beating up).

38Th. Another person who has followed me in the past was there his name is Baral or something like that.

39Th. Tom Moxlie was Business agent handing out jobs to everybody but me one week. In the past he put a karate expert to jump me. "Bolt Pin" they called him.

40Th. I am not mentioning Arizona here but L.O.C.K. Lock out Child Crime works with the neighborhood where the Union Hall was in the City of Commence.

41st. Our Neighborhood Council in L.A. and Jan Perry our City Council Women with perjured testimony and the perjury of Don Garza her perjury crime partner got me locked up, evicted and banned from city hall. Nice country.

42ND. Went to complain to the chief of police and the board of police commissioners but they just ignored me again. This has prompted me to seek out the establishment of a group of " The Accused ". Like in the black and white 1962 movie "The Trial" the "accusations" will never be discussed but we will support each other anyway.
